Web Support Officer with knowledge of ASP .NET, Flash, Windows 2003, MAC PCs, HTML and an interest in Art required by our Client based in Central London . Salary to £25,000.

Joining this web based online Art Company, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Day to day maintenance of the website and dealing with downtime
Following up on/ responsibility for the deployment of new scopes of work
Maintaining User Lists
Production of graphs/ charts/ documents relating to site usage
Deployment and analysis of feedback questionnaires
Liaising with the development and hosting teams
Basic maintenance of an office Windows 2003 server
Technically, candidates will have some ASP .NET, Flash, Windows, and MAC knowledge, and will probably have around two years experience working with these technologies.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure, and prioritise different work loads. Other personal qualities will include discretion and being able to work in a team environment

This is an ideal role for a candidate with previous experience of, or an interest in working in Art Galleries or Museums, who has solid web based skills in ASP .NET, Flash, HTML and basic IT Support knowledge with MACs and Windows PCs.
